“ I recently tried a variety of drinks here and was blown away by the unique flavor profiles. If you're looking for something beyond basic milk tea, this is the spot. This place also has free wifi to do work or is a great place to talk to friends and grab a sweet treat! The employees were super helpful with helping us order drinks and were super sweet! Coconut Mango Pomelo: Incredibly refreshing and authentic. The citrus from the pomelo balances the creamy coconut perfectly. It is on the sweeter side. Mango Matcha Latte: A beautiful layers-to-flavor transition. The earthy matcha and sweet mango work so well together, i especially loved the mango chunks! Green Grape Smash: Real grape bits and not too sweet! It had a tartness to it and went perfect with their tea jelly topping! Mochigome Milk Tea: The milk tea itself was perfect, and the layer of foam made it taste amazing! Brown Sugar Boba: A classic done right. The pearls were perfectly chewy, and the syrup wasn't overly sweet. High-quality ingredients and great presentation. Will definitely be back! ”

“ I had such a great experience at JamJam Tea and really felt the care behind this place. The shop has a clean, modern, and elegant design—simple but very well put together, and a comfortable place to spend time. The staff truly stood out. Everyone greeted us with warm smiles and was incredibly helpful from start to finish. Their tea is excellent. I ordered a cheese foam tea, my wife got the Oreo drink, and our friend tried the mango pomelo sago. Every drink was fresh, well-balanced, and full of flavor. What really impressed me was the service. I accidentally dropped one of the drinks and spilled it on the floor. Before I could even react, the staff came over, cleaned it up right away, and kindly made me a new drink without hesitation. I was honestly very grateful for that level of kindness and professionalism. Great drinks, beautiful space, and genuinely thoughtful service. JamJam Tea is absolutely worth a visit, and we will definitely be coming back. ”

“ My current most favorite tea shop in Irvine — and the prices are very reasonable. Most of their drinks let you customize the sugar level and ice level as well, which is perfect for someone like me who’s trying not to drink overly sweet drinks and gain weight. Today I had the osmanthus milk tea and I absolutely loved it. The floral osmanthus aroma makes the whole drink taste unique. I also really love the atmosphere inside the shop. “ Jam Jam Tea Lab in Irvine is trending for a reason! I visited on a weekday evening and it was still busy. We tried several drinks to share. The osmanthus oolong milk tea was light, fragrant, and refreshing with real floral notes. The mango pomelo sago was loaded with fruit and chewy toppings. The brown sugar brulee milk tea was rich and satisfying—25% sugar was perfect. Fresh ingredients and great texture. Definitely worth the hype! ”

“ Been here multiple times, and the place is always packed! The line can be long, but drinks come out quickly. Tried their Jam Jam Valentine’s Limited Edition – Berry Berry Coconut. It’s a strawberry & cranberry smoothie with creamy coconut milk. You can chew on real fruit chunks, and the sweetness is perfect (25% sugar). Super smooth, fragrant, with heart-shaped strawberry coconut bits – tart, sweet, and refreshing. Only available from Feb 6–22, definitely worth a try! ”

Green Grape Smash + Tea Jelly Let me start with this one!! Fresh, light grape flavor, and the tea jelly is its soulmate. Chewy but not overpowering — perfect balance. Oreo Cream Boba Fresh Milk Rich! Thick! Creamy! Oreo crumbs + fresh milk + boba = dessert-level happiness. One sip and happiness +100. Brulee Thai Slush Caramelized brulee aroma on top! Thai tea as a slush is even smoother. Sweet lovers will go crazy for this. Mochigome Milk Tea Soft mochi rice aroma mixed with milk tea. Chewy in a comforting way, not too sweet, very cozy to drink. Coconut Mango Pomelo Strong coconut fragrance + refreshing mango flavor. Super light and summery, with satisfying pulp texture—love it! ”
